Three months.
Everything
must go.
Not built to last.
Built to sell out.
Royale Saro sold traditional Indian wear, new pieces alongside pre-loved ones. Pre-loved means a fixed collection: once a piece sold, it was gone, and once the collection was gone, the store's job was done.
So the brief was the opposite of most e-commerce work. Not a storefront built to grow for years, but one built to empty itself in three months. Success meant the site making itself unnecessary.
A pop-up,
dressed properly.
Temporary never meant cheap. The clothing deserved the deep red and gold treatment of the wear itself, so the store looked like a boutique, not a clearance rack.
The catalogue was split cleanly between new items and pre-loved pieces, with worldwide shipping switched on and a Sell & Sustain page carrying the second-life story behind the collection.
The site was
half the job.
A three-month store cannot wait for customers to find it. Traffic was the other half of the engagement, and we ran it.
Social media
We ran the brand's accounts through the campaign window.
Meta ads
Heavy, deliberate spend built for a three-month sprint, not a slow burn.
Sell-through
Campaigns tuned to move stock, not just to reach people.
The clock
Every decision made against a hard end date.
Sold out. Every piece gone before the store came down.
