Who we are

Dubient Designs Pte Ltd is a web design and software studio registered in Singapore, at 190 Middle Road, #15-01 Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the plan you are interested in, your budget and timeline if provided, your contact preference, and the details of your enquiry. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used, described under Cookies and analytics below.

Why we collect it

We use contact details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver our services. We use the newsletter list to send occasional updates you signed up for. We use analytics to understand how the site performs and improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Where it lives and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in our own client management system, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure, and are accessible only to the Dubient Designs team. To operate the site we use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our analytics provider, and an internal notification service that alerts us when an enquiry arrives. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits and page views, which sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. This data reaches us in aggregate and does not identify you personally. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools; the site works fine without them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, and for reasonable business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent to further contact, or ask for deletion. Email us at contact@dubientdesigns.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days.

Changes to this policy

When the site changes in a way that affects personal data, this policy changes with it, and the date below is updated. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
