Who will I actually be working with?

Akshay, the founder, on every project: briefing, build and the conversation after launch. There's no account manager relaying messages and no brief diluted on its way down a chain.

Are you a registered company?

Yes. Dubient Designs Pte. Ltd., UEN 202635620Z, registered at 190 Middle Road, #15-01 Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979. The UEN is publicly checkable on ACRA's register.

How long have you been doing this?

Building since 2023, with 136 projects shipped across Shopify, WordPress and custom stacks. Several of those relationships are still running as retainers rather than having ended at handover.

How do you charge?

A fixed quote per project, agreed before work starts, usually split into a deposit and a balance on completion. Installment payment plans are available if you'd rather spread it out. Ongoing work is priced per block: product uploads per batch of 40, preorder reporting per four cycles, content retainers monthly. That way you can see exactly what a month costs.
