We pitched with
a website,
not a proposal.
Before the first call,
the demo site was already built.
Danhomme makes home fragrances themed around interior styles, sold at Singapore's weekend pop-up markets and featured in The Straits Times. When the founder reached out, we skipped the quote and built a working demo of his store instead, with a deck to walk him through it.
One pitch decision set the tone: his Straits Times feature, invisible on the old site, got its own section. Credibility you have earned should never be buried.
Built like
his pop-up booth.
The catalogue runs in the exact order of his pop-up table, so a customer who met the brand at a market finds the site laid out the way they remember it. Five scent worlds, each named for an interior style, each available in every format.
The product and collection pages are custom templates styled to his booth's branding. Every product page carries the full notes, a use case for each bottle size, and an upsell row offering the same fragrance in its other forms.
The brand story page came from an interview: we drafted the questions, he answered in his own voice, and we shaped it into the long-form copy on the site.
The product imagery we produced matched the scent profiles so well that the founder adopted it beyond the website, to standardise his physical booth and marketplace listings.

Designed to
convert, politely.
No popup ambush on arrival. Every capture mechanism waits for the moment a visitor is actually deciding.
And none of it runs on a paid app. The review section is custom coded into the theme, because we do not believe in leaving clients with monthly app fees for things we can build ourselves.
Custom-coded reviews
His five-star marketplace testimonials, hand-built into the site. No review app, no subscription.
Four email flows
Welcome, abandoned cart at one and six hours, a post-purchase review invitation, and the VIP list.
Email capture at checkout
A 10% offer appears at the point of intent, join the list or skip it. No entry popups.
The scent quiz
Three steps, under a minute, no email needed. It finds your scent world without selling you first.

412 messages.
Every one
answered.
This founder does not send a paragraph of feedback. He sends annotated decks, and one revision round arrived as thirty screenshots in a single evening. We went through all of it: sequencing, wording, hover states, image swaps, a quiz question rephrased three times until it felt right.
That is the job. A founder who cares about every detail deserves a studio that answers every message, and the site is better for each one of them.
The support
after the invoice.
Live in 37 days from first contact, fully handed over to the founder's own account. The help did not stop there.
VIP launch campaign
193 pre-launch customers imported, tagged and sent a personalised limited-time code.
Search Console
Site verified and sitemap submitted, so Google finds the store and its blog.
Guides, not gatekeeping
Step-by-step PDFs so the founder can publish events and blog posts himself.
Still on call
Courier setup, POS rescue, blog share widgets. If he asks, it gets done.
A founder who checks every detail, still choosing to build with us after launch.
