How much does a website cost in Singapore? (2026)
We surveyed the published prices of over twenty Singapore web design businesses in September 2026. Here is what the market actually charges, and why the ranges are so wide.

Ask five agencies what a website costs and you will get four "it depends" and one number you cannot compare with anything. So in September 2026 we surveyed the published prices of more than twenty Singapore web design businesses, from freelancers to the largest agencies, and mapped what the market actually charges. Here is what we found.
One honest caveat before the numbers: most established agencies do not publish prices at all. Roughly three quarters of the businesses we surveyed only quote after a consultation. The bands below come from those that do publish, plus the price guides agencies write about their own market.
Landing pages and one-page sites
Published range: roughly S$500 to S$2,500. At the bottom are template shops and part-time freelancers, sometimes bundling a year of hosting for under S$1,000. Studio-built landing pages with proper copywriting, SEO foundations and a real enquiry flow typically start between S$1,200 and S$1,800.
Corporate and business websites
Published range: roughly S$800 to S$10,000. The spread is enormous because the product is not the same product. Template-based builds with your logo swapped in sit under S$1,000. The typical band for a designed, multi-page business site from a studio or mid-sized agency is S$2,500 to S$5,000. The largest agencies publish corporate tiers from S$3,000 up to S$10,000 for fully custom architecture, and custom builds above that are quoted, not published.
E-commerce stores
Published range: roughly S$1,200 to S$15,000 and beyond. Starter stores on a standard Shopify or WooCommerce theme cluster between S$2,500 and S$6,000 in published packages. Custom-designed stores with CRM integrations and heavier catalogues run S$6,000 to S$15,000, and complex builds go far past that. If a store quote seems too good to be true, check who owns the store account afterwards and what "products included" actually means.
The PSG factor
If your business is eligible, the Productivity Solutions Grant supports up to 50% of the qualifying cost of pre-approved e-commerce and website packages, capped per financial year. Two things people miss: the grant applies to the qualifying cost, which can be set lower than the sticker price, and you must apply before signing or paying. Pre-approved packages are fixed bundles by design, which is also why they tend to look similar across vendors.
Why the ranges are so wide
Three variables drive almost all of the spread: who does the work (a junior with a template or a senior with a blank canvas), what surrounds the build (copywriting, photography, SEO, training, aftercare), and who carries the risk (fixed pricing versus hourly billing). A S$3,000 site with real copy, real photos and a year of support is routinely better value than a S$1,500 site where every one of those is an extra.
Where we sit
We publish our prices, which most of the market does not. Our packages currently start at S$1,200 for a landing page, S$2,400 for a business website, and S$2,900 for a starter store, each with a fixed quote before work begins and installment plans available. The full ladder, including custom builds and monthly growth plans, is on our pricing page.
Whatever you budget, ask every agency the same three questions: what exactly is included, who owns everything at handover, and what happens after launch. The answers are worth more than the number.
